At present, the water source heat pump units produced and sold at home and abroad are mostly dry systems and full liquid systems. The dry system has a lower energy efficiency ratio, while the full liquid system has disadvantages such as difficulty in liquid level control and difficulty in returning oil. The falling film system combines the advantages of dry and full liquid systems, not only achieving high efficiency, but also applying a new differential pressure return method that is more stable and reliable. Falling film type full heat recovery water source heat pump technology adopts falling film evaporator to achieve high efficiency operation. Compared with full liquid type unit, it requires less refrigerant charge and has less impact on the environment. Double tube bundle shell tube condensation is adopted. The device realizes cooling while recovering the condensed waste heat to be utilized to provide domestic hot water. The traditional approach is to use dual heat exchangers in series and parallel operation, or in an engineering system. The double heat exchanger system has complex control and poor reliability; the recovered hot water grade achieved by the engineering system is low. The double tube bundle heat exchanger used in this project achieves heat recovery and overcomes the above drawbacks.

The double tube bundle tube condenser ensures that the cooling water and the recycled domestic hot water are independently operated, freely switched and not polluted, and the full heat recovery function is perfectly realized.

The falling film evaporator is used to improve the operating efficiency of the unit and improve the maintenance performance. The refrigeration performance coefficient (energy efficiency ratio) is improved; the heat transfer performance of the evaporator is improved, and the material cost is reduced; the temperature difference of the heat transfer of the falling film evaporator is small, and the temperature difference of the water can be appropriately increased, thereby reducing the groundwater flow rate used and Pump power consumption. Convenient maintenance: The refrigerant water flows in the pipe, and the water side dirt can be cleaned by opening the end cover; the refrigerant charge is small, which is more in line with environmental protection requirements.

The intermittent pressure difference oil returning scheme is simple and reliable. New differential pressure return oil solution: When collecting oil, the high pressure solenoid valve is closed, the pressure balance solenoid valve is opened, and the oil flows from the evaporator through the one-way valve to the oil collector. When returning to the oil, the pressure balance solenoid valve is closed, the high pressure solenoid valve is opened, and the high pressure is used to press the oil back to the compressor. Intermittent oil return is achieved by controlling the solenoid valve action by the time relay.

According to the Hefei General Mechanical and Electrical Products Testing Institute, the measured nominal energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration is 5.97, which is 30% higher than the national standard (≥4.60). The comprehensive energy efficiency ratio of the cooling heat recovery operation (the comprehensive energy efficiency ratio definition: cooling capacity and heating capacity) The ratio of the same power to 7.09; the nominal heating energy efficiency ratio reached 4.72, which is 31% higher than the national standard (≥ 3.60). At the same time, the performance of the water source heat pump unit has reached the requirements of the energy-saving unit in the “Technical Requirements for Energy-saving Product Certification of Water Source Heat Pump Units” as stipulated by the “Qualified Certification Center”, and at the same time, it meets the technical parameters of the “Water Source Heat Pump Unit” during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” proposed by the National Development and Reform Commission. The performance of the unit has reached world-class levels. At present, the technology of the full heat recovery water source heat pump unit has been declared a national patent. The successful development of this technology is in line with the development trend of “energy saving and environmental protection” in the world air-conditioning field. It is also in line with the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, and has high economic benefits and far-reaching social benefits.
