Fonissee welding machine boutique CMT Introduction

Thin Plate Welding Limits - CMT Technology

Almost no current droplet transfer. The cold metal transition technology of CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) is digitally coordinated by the previous wire feeding and droplet transfer process. When the DSP signal of the welder detects a short-circuit signal, it feeds back to the wire feeder, and the wire feeder responds by pulling back the wire so that the welding wire separates from the droplet, allowing the droplet to transition without current.

Sheet welding becomes easy. The process of inputting heat by the CMT technology arc itself is very short. When a short circuit occurs, the arc extinguishes and the heat input decreases rapidly. The entire welding process is cycled between alternating hot and cold. Can achieve more than 0.3mm ultra-thin plate welding.

Ø Heat input down to the limit. When a short-circuit current is generated, the welding wire stops advancing and is automatically withdrawn, and the transition is performed in a no-current state.
Ø No splash welding. The retraction movement of the wire in the short-circuit condition helps the wire to separate from the droplet. So that the transfer of droplets without splashing Ø can achieve 0.3mm thin plate welding, the workpiece deformation is smaller Ø can achieve carbon steel and aluminum plate heterogeneous connection Ø good bridging ability, low-gap assembly requirements.
Ø also has all the features of digital welding machine
