The stress relaxation of the molecular structure in the rayon causes the fiber to shrink. Tension and tangling can cause problems in the subsequent process.

The moisture of the cold steam is transferred to the yarn, and the moisture distribution of the yarn is absolutely uniform, achieving consistent yarn strength and friction values, and the heat treatment also relaxes the twist.

In the production process of the yarn, the moisture of the fiber is continuously volatilized, and the humidity of the raw material to the package yarn is reduced by more than 4%. Different spinning mills have different yarn moisture indexes. Increasing the speed of the machine leads to a large loss of weight (moisture); the high temperature and friction inside the machine evaporates the moisture in the yarn and reduces the quality of the yarn. It is not conducive to the subsequent processing steps.

The sixth step: secondary heating and insulation. Make sure to compensate for the loss of yarn weight and improve yarn quality. After the yarn is humidified (steamed), it is placed after the winding.
