First, the choice of dispersant:
1. Select different dispersant types depending on the chosen thickener system.
2. When the thickening system is ASE and HASE thickener, I recommend using CPA. This dispersant has excellent thermal storage stability. When using HUER thickener, we recommend KPA; our experiment proves that Coatings produced by CPA and KPA do not exhibit undesirableities during storage due to increased amounts of dispersant.
3, we use CPA with MC35 thickening in the interior wall flat formula, KPA with PU40 thickening in the inner wall mercerizing formula, the effect is good.
Second, the choice of pigments and fillers
The pigments mainly use titanium dioxide and lithopone (zinc and white). These two white pigments are harmless to the human body, and most of the color pigments are harmless to the human body. The commonly used fillers are calcium carbonate (large white powder), talc powder, kaolin (porcelain soil), barium sulfate (barite powder), wollastonite powder, etc. These are natural mineral raw materials and are harmless to the human body.
Third, the choice of thickener
In order to prevent the latex paint from precipitating during storage and not falling when applying vertical surfaces, it is common to add cellulose ethers.
Fourth, the choice of emulsion
It is the most important raw material for the performance of latex paints and looks like milk. It is made from some petrochemical raw materials such as vinyl acetate, acrylate, styrene, etc. in a polymerization chemical reaction in water. The resulting emulsions also differ in performance due to the different materials and processes used. Its main role is to achieve bonding, water, alkali and sun aging resistance.
The production process of ordinary latex knees is as follows:

3. The white pulp is slowly added to the emulsion in batches. After the white slurry added in the previous batch is uniformly stirred at a low speed, the white pulp of the latter batch can be added, and then the low-speed stirring is uniformly performed to obtain the initial coating;
4. Adjust the viscosity of the initial coating with a thickener, mix the color of the initial coating with the color paste and its depth, or add some defoaming agent to the finished latex paint. After filtering, weighing, packaging and inspection. It can be put into storage or sold on the market.
