The test work is carried out in the normal production process, the slurry temperature is basically 50 ° C ~ 60 ° C conditions, at multiple sampling points, the different concentrations of pulp slurry were extracted samples. At the lower pulp concentration sampling points (desander inlet and pressure screen inlet), the sealing performance is mainly tested. At the medium concentration sampling point (in the slurry sieve inlet, etc.), the test is focused on the slurry state and the feed rate is adjusted. The test results reflect that the whole machine is used normally, and the manual button + manual reset operation is convenient, and the operation process is simple and labor-saving. After the sampling valve is closed, the sealing performance is intact, the sampling valve is opened, and the plunger-like slurry inlet port is free from blockage of the slurry medium, and the flow rate of the slurry is unblocked. The company also revised and adjusted the subtle conditions reflected in the online dynamic use test products. This new product is superior to and fully exemplified by the company's production of a no-rinse manual pulp slurry sampling valve that has been used extensively by pulp and paper companies for many years.
Starting from 2016, the latest product of Shengwei's flush-free pop-up pulp slurry sampling valve will enter the final correction and formal mass production stage.
