1. DC brushless motor selection first needs to consider the requirements of the motor:

1. Power of DC brushless motor: How many watts are needed?

3. Voltage of DC brushless motor: How many volts will be used to drive the motor

4, DC brushless motor size: how big is the diameter, how long the motor should be, what size is required for the shaft diameter

6. If you need a very low output speed, you need to consider whether it is equipped with a gearbox, and what kind of gearbox is equipped.

2. After determining the DC brushless motor selection parameters, it is followed by the motor driver/controller:

1. First, the power of the DC brushless motor driver/controller is greater than or equal to the power of the selected brushless motor.

2. Whether the function of the DC brushless motor driver/controller meets the requirements, such as the speed control mode and the analog quantity, etc.

3. If there is communication control requirement, you need to see which DC brushless motor driver/controller has communication control functions, such as RS485.

4, different brushless motor drives / controllers vary in size or installation type, need to be carefully confirmed

5. Is it necessary to display digital display: the general brushless motor driver/controller is not displayed or is simply displayed. If the need for accurate digital display function is required, the additional high-profile brushless motor driver/controller needs additional confirmation.

6. Is there any more complicated control requirement: it is necessary to distinguish the brushless motor driver/controller, which can perform some more complicated control on the brushless motor, but the cost is relatively higher.

3, DC brushless motor drive and control power supply Note:

1. After the selection of DC brushless motor and brushless motor driver/controller is determined, there is still a selection that is crucial, that is, the choice of switching power supply, the voltage of the power supply meets the requirements, and the power supply is required. The motor power is 30% or 50% larger, so that the motor will be overloaded during fast motion switching.

2. It is recommended to use the linear power supply for rectification and filtering, and the power should be appropriately increased.
