How to install the direct buried compensator?

Installation details of the direct-buried compensator The direct-buried compensator (excluding the one-time direct-buried type) shall be equipped with two retaining rings of the following year (see the figure below), and the wall thickness of the retaining ring shall not be less than the wall thickness of the pipe. The purpose of the retainer is to allow soil, sand, etc. to enter the A-size range when the pipe is thermally expanded. When the direct-buried corrugated compensator is shipped from the factory, all exposed surfaces are brushed with anti-rust paint twice, and the direct-buried corrugated compensator and its Other requirements for buried pipelines are:
(1) When the insulation pipe is buried in the ground, it must be filled with sand with a grain size of less than 20 mm, and then covered with the original soil. The thickness of the filling sand should not be less than 200 mm.
(2) The depth of the top of the insulation pipe is generally not more than 1.2 meters, but it should not be less than 0.7 meters as much as possible. The insulation pipe can be directly buried under various pipes.
(3) Except for place A, the rest is kept warm, because the pipeline does not keep warm at expansion A and will not cause significant heat loss. Because of the function of the retainer, the direct-buried compensator can be directly buried under the roadway.
(4) It is not necessary to install the direct-buried compensator in a cold-tight manner, and it is not necessary to cut and connect the long pipeline such as the expansion joint after the entire steel pipe is connected. The use of a direct-buried expansion joint eliminates the need for a guide bracket.
(5) When installing, make sure that the direction of the flow sleeve matches the flow direction.
(6) The medium in the compensator shall be treated with free oxygen and dechlorination except that the chloride ion content shall not exceed 25 ppm.
(7) The compensator allows system hydrostatic testing not exceeding 1.5 times nominal pressure.
(8) Before the compensator is installed and the hydrostatic pressure test is performed, both ends of the pipe must be fixed to prevent the internal pressure thrust tension compensator.
