Missing round grinding fixture for ball arc oil distribution plate

A8V series inclined shaft plunger hydraulic pump adopts spherical flow and arc surface adjustment. Taking A8V80 as an example, the structure of oil distribution plate is shown in Figure 1. The processing of this type of parts is mainly focused on the key characteristics of the spherical surface and the curved surface. The short-arc grinding grinding jig is now introduced as follows (the size shown in Figure 1 is the final size).
