6000RPM high speed rigid tapping

The high-speed permanent magnet spindle motor is specially designed for high-speed tapping machine. The rated speed is 6000r/min, the maximum speed can reach 12000r/min, and the acceleration performance is excellent. The acceleration or deceleration of 0~6000r/min takes only 250ms, which shortens the tapping time.

Jerk control

In the corner of the machining path, the speed is automatically reduced, the acceleration is suddenly changed, the mechanical vibration is reduced, and the stability and accuracy of the machine's long-term operation are maintained.

Optimum corner speed reduction

Feed friction compensation

The drive performs torque correction at a high sampling rate speed control loop to provide real-time and smooth friction compensation.

High resolution feed shaft motor

The ECMC servo motor is equipped with a high-precision 20-bit (1280000p/rev) encoder to improve positioning accuracy and low-speed operation stability.

Chlorine dioxide when used as an effective disinfectant forms undesirable disinfection by-products, i.e. chlorite and chlorate ions. The aim of this research was to study the removal of these ions byferrous ions in the presence or absence of oxygen. The efficiency of Fe+2 for ClO2- and ClO3- removal was followed by a determination of their initial and final concentrations, pH and delta Fe+2 consumed/delta ClO2- removed ratios. The optimal weight ratio of delta Fe+2 consumed/delta ClO2- removed for complete ClO2 removal was found to be close to the theoretical calculated value of 3.31. It was proved that ferrous salts can reduce chlorite ions to harmless Cl- ions. This method can be recommended as a part of ClO2 disinfection to ensure safe drinking water, with no harm to waterconsumers and to the environment.
