Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene escape tube features:

First, test materials:

1. Q235 spiral submerged arc welded steel pipe, specification Φ620×10. Yield strength σ1 = 215 GPa, elastic modulus E1 = 210 MPa; Poisson's ratio ν1 = 0.25.

2. Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene tunnel escape channels (molecular weight approximately 2.5 million), specification Φ800×30, yield strength σ1=3.7 GPa, elastic modulus E1=700 MPa; Poisson's ratio ν1=0.42.

Second, test requirements and methods:

Using steel pipes with similar dimensions and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene tunnel escape pipes to free the weights from a height H of 10m from the top of the pipe, conduct impact comparison tests to verify the reliability of UHMWPE tunnel escape pipes. .
