(1) Job requirements:
1. Familiar with control theory, power electronics, analog circuits, etc., to understand battery balance management;
2. Familiar with technical indicators of electrical components such as high and low voltage relays, connectors and wiring harnesses;

(1) Responsibilities:
1. Process documentation for curing, including process flow chart, SOP, PFMEA, torque standard, tool usage specification, work order, traceability code, required equipment, personnel planning, etc., and timely release of the latest documents to ensure on-site documentation Accuracy and consistency.
2. Count the working hours of each station, decompose the process, improve the operation, and improve the efficiency of personnel.
3. Support various on-site audits for different products, assist in completing the non-conformities found in the audit requirements document during the audit process, and formulate improvement measures and preventive measures in conjunction with other departments to carry out rectification.
4. According to the production status, evaluate the consumption of raw materials in the production process.

7. Analyze key processes, propose improvement plans, continuously improve process capability, and ensure process stability.

Third, PACK field engineer (3 people)
(1) Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and improvement of PACK related SOPs and on-site supervision.
2. Responsible for analyzing the reasons for PACK failure, handling and solving technical problems in the manufacturing process, proposing improvement measures, and verifying the improvement results.
3. Trial production tracking participates in the analysis of the problems and prepares the trial production report.
4. Improve the specification of the pack site process.
5. Product production process optimization.
6. Other or temporary work assigned by the leadership.
(2) Job requirements:
1. College degree or above; fluent in Mandarin, clear expression, good coordination.
2. More than two years of PACK field process work experience.

Fourth, after-sales engineers (10 people)
(1) Responsibilities:
1. College degree or above, organic power maintenance and repair work experience;

Five, battery core process engineer (5 people)
(1) Job responsibilities:
1. Development, improvement and technical support of new processes;
2. Optimize the production process, and compile relevant process documents, process operation procedures, instructions and other technical documents;

(2) Job requirements:
1. More than one year experience in the field of battery industry, work experience in process field problems;

3. Familiar with quality processing techniques, design experiments, optimize processes, with DOE/DFMEA/PFMEA experience;
4. Familiar with battery core structure and conventional lithium battery material design parameters.
Six, battery core research and development engineers (5 people)
