Sewer line

When the construction team is renovating, sometimes it is necessary to pour a lot of cement, sand and concrete pieces into the sewer. The direct consequence of this is that the sewers are severely blocked, causing the kitchen and bathroom to run out of water due to poor water flow. Although some projects have no problems at the final acceptance, they always have problems with poor water supply. After the construction of the waterway is completed, all the basins, basins and bathtubs should be filled with water, and then water should be discharged at the same time to see if the water is unobstructed and whether there is leakage in the pipeline.

Wire connector

When installing electric sockets, switches and lamps, electricians do not wire according to construction requirements. Especially when consumers use some electric appliances such as water heaters and air conditioners that consume a large amount of electricity, the switches and sockets are heated or even burned, which brings great losses to consumers. During the construction, the supervisory electrician shall strictly follow the operation rules. After all the switches and sockets are installed, they must be tested to see if there is any heat in these parts.

Wall and floor tile

Paving the wall and floor tiles is a technically strong process. If the workers cut corners, it is most likely to have problems such as empty tiles and uneven seams. In addition, the cement and adhesive used for laying tiles are also exquisite, and if the ratio is unreasonable, problems such as falling off may occur. According to the relevant regulations, the wall and floor tiles should be laid flat and firm, the pattern is clear, no dirt and slurry marks, the surface color is basically the same, the joints are even, the plates are free from cracks, corners and ribs, and the local hollow drums should not exceed 5% of the total. .

Wall trough

The buried pipeline must be slotted on the wall and the ground to bury the pipeline. A few workers were brutally engaged in the grooving operation, which not only damaged the building load-bearing structure, but also caused damage to other pipelines nearby. Before the construction, confirm with the construction team leader about the direction and position of the pipeline. For different wall structures, the requirements for grooving are different: the load-bearing wall in the house is not allowed to be grooved; and the wall with insulation layer is easily cracked on the surface after being grooved; Slotting, more careful not to damage the floor, causing trouble for the residents downstairs.

Seam decoration

In places where some walls are in contact with doors and windows, and where two different colors of paint are docked, it is also the place where workers often perfuse things. You will often see the paint between the latex paint and the wood being mixed with each other and various problems at the seams. It is very important to deal with the seams, you must supervise the workers to work seriously. If there are two colors of paint on the wall, the tape must be applied to the edge of the first color during construction, and another color of paint should be applied to it. After peeling off the tape, the entire seam can be very neat.

Wire through tube

In the home decoration construction, almost all the wires are worn in the PVC pipe and buried in the wall. Therefore, after the wire is put into the PVC pipe, the consumer cannot see it at all, and the replacement is difficult. If the worker is not serious in the operation, it will cause the wire to kink in the tube, causing power hazards. If the worker intentionally cuts the work, he or she will use the wire with the joint or put several wires into the same PVC pipe. Consumers should buy the wires themselves, then supervise the workers on site, and conduct power-on inspections after installation. In addition, the consumer must let the decoration company leave a “pipeline diagram”, especially the location of the joint of the pipeline, so that in the event of a fault, the line location can be found immediately.

Ground leveling

Some houses are not flat enough to be leveled in the renovation. If the workers are not careful or intentionally shoddy, it will cause the problem of “more and more uneven”, and the cement mortar used in the construction will greatly increase the ground load and bring hidden dangers to the safety of the building. Before ground leveling, the ground surface must be treated first, and then cement mortar is used to level the ground. After the cement has dried out, use a special level to determine the flatness of the entire ground, and then proceed to the next step.

Substrate treatment

Before applying latex paint and paving wall tiles, be sure to do the substrate treatment. Some workers cut corners in this area during construction, which may result in uneven wall surface, color difference after latex paint, and discoloration of latex paint, or poor tile adhesion. In the paving construction of wall tiles, you should pay attention to the fact that the tiles can not be directly placed on the surface of lime mortar, lime paste, paper lime paste, hemp mortar and latex paint, but the base layer should be cleaned before laying. The bonding paste used between the tile and the substrate shall be formulated in strict accordance with the construction standards and proportions, using the specified cement and adhesive materials, and shall not be randomly adjusted.
