At home and abroad, many years have used hot pressing or electroplating technology in the manufacture of diamond tools such as stone sawing heads, petroleum geotechnical drill bits, polishing dressing tools and ceramic tools. The former technology mainly melts the binder phase and fills the carcass material to encapsulate the diamond and shape it to form a product under a certain temperature and pressure; the latter technique is to use a suitable unit under certain process conditions or The multi-metal metal bonds the diamond to the preformed product substrate. The main disadvantage of the two technologies is that the interface strength between the diamond and the substrate is low, leading to early shedding and affecting the service life of the tool bottom.

This project mainly develops active brazing materials suitable for diamond brazing and corresponding brazing technology. It aims to obtain high bonding strength between diamond, brazing material and matrix without affecting the strength of diamond itself. Improve the cutting edge of the diamond, and adjust the matching and post-processing of the different processing objects to solve the matching problem between the tool and the processing object, so as to give full play to the sawing and grinding effect of the diamond. In addition, the granulation technology or the auxiliary process is used to realize the orderly distribution of diamonds, and the production cost is reduced while properly distributing the load and desizing ability.
