四、铝合金门窗渗漏水防治措施

6.窗下档及推拉窗的下滑槽必须开设排水孔。排水孔设在窗框拐角20-140mm处,间距宜为600mm。安装后应检查排水孔有否堵塞情况,保证槽口内积水能顺利排出。
7.窗套面砖铺贴时应向外做l0mm泛水,窗天盘(包括凸墙)做清水线条;下窗盘做圆弧,向下做泛水。下窗盘底做滴水线防水。
8.土建施工部分任何一处都要清理被粉面,要湿水,以免空鼓。
9.最后收浆、搓实,洞口上部应有老鹰嘴或滴水线带滴水槽。
10.清角处最好是角、面一次性完成,以免出现先、后粉层交界处龟裂。

与防水材料接著的界面必须不可有膨鼓、起沙、蜂巢、木头、纸屑、污泥、小石块、也不能做在松动不牢固的表体上,原因是附著性不良,再加上太阳紫外线破坏,建筑物本身热涨冷缩,以及水蒸气压力破坏,容易造成防水层老化、失败。
(四)正面防水优于负面防水:
如屋顶防水,直接做在屋顶表面,墙壁防水应直接做在外墙、水箱漏水直接做在水箱内层、浴室渗水就要将浴缸、磁砖打除,重新做防水,为什么呢?水有压力会往他处扩散,房子里死角的地方也不容易施工。这里所讲的“优于”是相对比较的,而非绝对性的。因为随著科技的发达,市面上陆续有人推出负面施工的防水材料--抗负水压的矽酸质系列渗透性粉末,以及高低压注入合成树脂产生膨胀结晶体,亦可防水,但是并非所有的场合都可成功的施工,所以非不得已,应该采正面防水施工。
(五)围堵式的防水容易失败:
防水应该从根源治起,用围堵方法,水是无孔不入,也会产生压力破坏,根源不治焉能持久,举例来说:顶楼漏水的位置,刚好在加盖违建房间里面,一般人就想要从外围作截水路,容易失败。
(六)止漏的定义是:
不管水压的大小,不管下几天的雨,也不管屋顶有没有积水,都不可以漏水,这才叫做防水止漏(七)“不花钱的防水”观念:

五、在布线的时候特别要求,强电和弱电的管槽之间距离30厘米以上,这样做对工人会增加劳动力,但为了以后不郁闷,我们要求工人一定要这样做,因为并排走线强电和弱电之间会有干扰。而且我们的插座位置都距离地面80厘米以下,因为怕放在高处容易看到电线,不美观。我们的厨房是做整体橱柜,工人在布这里的水电时,要求让橱柜公司把厨房的水电位置确定下来,虽然橱柜公司把水电已经设计好,但我们还是在厨房特别多留了三个插座,怕以后会增加东西,如果装修好了到时再想布线就完全不同了,拉明线不好看,拆装修重布暗线,不但人郁闷还不划算。 1、插座要多装,宁滥勿缺。楼梯间一定要有插座。炉罩旁边不要设计插座,有安全隐患。 2、开关不要放在门背后等距离狭小的地方。 3、走道里最好设计一个双控灯,这头打开,那头关闭。 4、插头最好买带有面板的,一些长时间不用的插座不容易损坏。 5、餐厅灯要考虑餐桌摆放的位置,否则灯不在餐桌正中。 6、小的射灯一定要装变压器,没有变压器,灯就像随时会爆炸的小炸弹,最后的结果是永远不开。 7、多买2眼的插座,3眼的电器少。 8、有线插座要买宽频的。 9、原有的下水管、地漏的位置最好别改变。 If you don't improve it, it will be easier to flood. 10、电工管线刚一铺完,没封槽之前,就要求工人画出走线图。 11、施工进行过程中,还是尽量地看着,发现不妥马上让工人改动,怕等下道工序做完了再改就来不及了,省却了为返工而扯皮的烦恼。
12、为了省电,请精确规划平时微弱耗电电器(如电视、DVD机、微波炉、空调,DVD机等)的插座。不拔插头都处于待机状态的DD最好装有开关的插座面板,因为待机所耗的电在普通电表里读不出来,但分时电表会读出来。
13、穿好线管后要把线槽里的管道封闭起来,用水泥砂浆把线盒等封装牢固,其合口要略低于墙面0.5cm左右,并保持端正。师傅说,别看现在这个插座线改造这么简单,穿线的讲究可不止这些,像空调等大功率电器都要单独走线,而且现在一般的通讯线也要走暗线,走暗线时通信线不仅不能和电源线的管路一起走,并且还要保持50厘米以上的间距,否则会产生电磁干扰。
tangxx的失败和建议
1 鹅卵石铺阳台(一部分)不好打扫,还是清一色瓷砖干净
2 阳台瓷砖下面空空的,没多久瓷砖就不牢了,可能是水泥黄沙比例不对,还就是底下没有铺平铺实。
3 踢脚线点点发黑,发霉,可能是木板受潮未干就涂了油漆。
4 卫生间的灯开关在卫生间里面,离门距离还挺远。
5 卧室床边灯的双控开关太高,躺下睡觉时要上身探出被窝才能够着。
6窗台套木做的不防雨水,台面要做成瓷砖或者大理石的。
7实木板质量太差,开裂严重。
8饭厅的垂吊灯在饭厅中间,但不在餐桌上方。
9厨房的人造大理石台面拼缝没有联接好,是个大缝。
10卫生间台面天然汉白玉大理石送到家的和购买时挑选的不是同一块,估计差价300元以上。这是我们另请人开孔后才发现的,送货时是用硬纸壳外裹的。拨打送货人电话不接,后就不了了之了。恒大买的。
11卫生间镜顶灯不在镜子正上方。
12 书房要2个电话插口,一个上网用,一个接电话。
13买个带抽屉的床,床下空间要充分利用。我们每次都要把席梦思、床板拆了才能放拿东西。
14要有一个手洗脏物的地方。比如带孩子大便的衣服,脏鞋子,牛仔裤,拖把。
15柜子要用玻璃的地方多用磨沙玻璃。 Or any debris in the cabinet is clear at a glance.
16装饰的小东西能不要就不要,除非有阿姨天天擦灰。
17定做的写字台类家具最好是一个个组合而成,否则万一桌面东西(比如银行卡,通讯录,优盘等)掉到缝里,家具过重无法搬动取出。
18装修好一年后买的3.5匹立式空调制热无法使用,或者勉强使用时不能用其他电器。电表容易跳闸。
19最好要有浴缸,方便给孩子(1岁~5岁)洗澡,也方便自己泡澡和不习惯冲淋的老年人使用。浴缸玻璃移门铝
