Biogas fertilizer application skills

Biogas fertilizer is a kind of organic fertilizer with complete nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. It contains more volatile ammonia nitrogen. If the application method is improper, it will easily lose the fertilizer effect and will not achieve the expected yield increase effect. The following describes the application techniques of biogas fertilizer:

It should not be stored for a long time. That is, take it out from the biogas digester and directly pick it into the field or the soil. If it is too busy, it can only be piled up outside the pool for a day or two. After a long time, the available nitrogen will evaporate. Experiments show that the biogas slag fertilizer is dried in the open air, the total nitrogen loss is about 65%, and the ammonia nitrogen loss is 87%.

Biogas slag fertilizer should be used as a base fertilizer. Applied to paddy fields, it is best to apply it in the field, so that the mud and fertilizer can be combined. The application amount per mu is about 2000 kg. It is best to apply it in dry soil, such as acupoint application and ditch application, and then cover a layer of about 100 mm. Thick soil to reduce the volatilization of available nutrients.

Biogas and water fertilizer should be applied as top dressing. When applying, it should be diluted with water according to the quality of biogas fertilizer and crop growth, so as not to damage the young roots and young leaves of crops.

Biogas fertilizer is combined with chemical fertilizer. Ammonia water and ammonium bicarbonate are nitrogen fertilizers with low production costs, which are alkaline and have a volatile loss of fat. The combination of biogas slurry with ammonia water and ammonium bicarbonate can help the fertilizer dissolve in the soil, absorb and stimulate the crop to absorb nutrients, and improve the utilization rate of fertilizer. It can be applied by adding 0.5~1 kg of ammonium bicarbonate or ammonia water to every 50 kg of biogas slurry.

The combination of biogas slag fertilizer and superphosphate can also improve the fertilizer efficiency of superphosphate.
