According to the weather forecast ahead of the Spring Festival, several key mountainous road sections in Xuyong County are prone to snowfall. These include the Shuangyong to Macheng section of the 321 National Highway, the Yinjiagou to Xueshanguan stretch of the Syka Road, the Wutong Cave on the Xuwei Road, and the Mula Mountain on the Syue Town Road. The traffic police have identified these areas as priority monitoring zones. Yesterday, some road sections experienced rain, but it did not significantly impact vehicle travel.
Meanwhile, the Gudai Traffic Police Brigade reported that due to the cold weather, certain high-altitude road sections in Guzhu County, such as the Heizhulin section of the 309 Highway, the Fangjiabang section of the Guhuang Road, and the Puzhaoshan section of the Guchalu Road, are vulnerable to ice formation. Drivers are advised to remain cautious when traveling through these areas.
